About the Work:
A unique and original works.
Fragments Interlocked (2021) explores the retrospective connection between a succession of life events. Moments when thoughts collide, fuse and the creation of something greater evolves.
Structure:
Layers of pre-loved linen interweave and shadow each other, creating purposeful negative spaces and new forms within. Layer upon layer of acrylic paint and ‘weathering’ techniques set the layers in solid formation. An eventual haptic ‘tapestry’ is formed.
Materials:
Cotton canvas, recycled linen, acrylic on a solid wood stretched canvas.
Framing + Finish
A bespoke, handmade, solid walnut tray frame, with contrasting solid oak spline detail.
FSC certified wood. Oiled. Ready to Hang.
Oak Framing available on request. Please enquire.
Quality is everything: all frames are bespoke and hand crafted to order. For this reason an estimated 2-3 weeks lead time is expected for delivery of all products in most cases.
